A Shared Care Agreement is a formal arrangement between psychiatrists, your GP, and you as the patient, outlining how your ADHD treatment and medication will be managed once your dose is stable. It allows your GP to take over prescribing and monitoring under guidance from psychiatrists.

I have led and contributed to multiple Quality Improvement projects, helped shape new care pathways—including for ADHD and ASD in Surrey prisons—and worked closely with multidisciplinary teams.

I take a patient-centred approach, focusing on each individual’s unique needs and experiences. I provide care across the lifespan, offering services in ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, general psychiatry, and medico-legal assessments. My work spans community and secure settings, combining evidence-based practice with collaborative, multidisciplinary care to ensure high-quality outcomes.
