During your session we will discuss your current challenges, review your current support arrangements and medication if relevant, and provide personalised guidance with a summary letter detailing the appointment. Please send us your previous combined assessment report, and our clinical team will confirm whether you can proceed with a streamlined appointment with one of our experienced Consultant Psychiatrists. Once approved, we will send you your personal booking link to schedule your appointment by selecting a suitable date and time.
