EXCELLENT Based on 26 reviews Posted on sarah brownTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Diverse Minds Clinic is an excellent clinic. Dr Cappai is very sympathetic and takes her time to listen to you and all your concerns. There were lots of appointment options available and not very long to wait. I had an ADHD assessment online. My report letter followed soon after the appointment and was comprehensive and clear. I felt listened too and helped immediately. Dr Cappai was calm, capable and very knowledgeable and instantly inspired trust in me. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Cappai and her team.Posted on Ben GTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a combined ADHD and ASD assessment with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic and, in the time since, have been having monthly follow-up appointments while we titrate ADHD medication. The assessment was a very thorough process, culminating in a lengthy face-to-face session to which I was able to bring somebody with me. I have found Dr Cappai to be personable, insightful and empathetic. As a patient, I feel that she wants the best for me. The back office team at Diverse Minds are responsive and friendly. I would feel happy to recommend the clinic.Posted on KiraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. From the very first appointment, Dr. Cappai and the team around her made me feel listened to and never rushed; something that is (unfortunately) surprisingly rare. I found in her a physician who is patient, who genuinely cares, and whose expertise in women's health meant I felt truly understood in a way I hadn't before.Posted on Pedro ZapataTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After years of reluctance, I finally decided to have my ADHD assessment, and I was positively surprised by Dr Cappai’s approach. I actually found the discussion with her constructive and I will use some of the recommendations she gave me at the end of the assessment. I will start the titration of ADHD medications soon and I feel overall very happy so far.Posted on L BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As a mother, I spent many years worrying about my daughter without fully understanding what was going on or how best to support her. It was only when I took her to see Dr Cappai in August 2025 that things finally started to make sense. I had spent a long time researching psychiatrists before finding Dr Cappai and immediately felt she would be the right person for my daughter. Before we had even become patients, she personally took the time to call me, offer reassurance and advice, and later checked back in to see how my daughter was doing. I was incredibly grateful for her kindness and support during a very difficult time. Since her diagnosis, I have seen a real improvement in my daughter’s wellbeing and confidence. Dr Cappai is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but also genuinely empathetic and kind. My daughter immediately felt at ease with her and has always felt listened to and supported. Dr Cappai has consistently gone out of her way to help, even making time for my daughter when fully booked and showing understanding and flexibility when she could quite easily have charged full fees. We have received exceptional care and support from both Dr Cappai and the team at Diverse Minds Clinic and I would not hesitate to recommend them.Posted on Yessica Castillo MariñoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am very glad I met Dr Cappai. She has supported me from the beginning and given me many helpful recommendations for managing my ADHD. She has also been available to answer emails outside appointments, and I felt well supported throughout the process. I am now starting medications, and she has been very helpful to help me manage side effects as well. I am having monthly online appointments at the moment and everything is going well so farPosted on favio castillo meloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an online assessment for ADHD at Diverse Minds Clinic. I found the administrative staff helpful before the appointment and Dr Cappai was very reassuring and supported me in my journey.Posted on Kaisa SeinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr Cappai helped me through my journey and was instrumental in improving my mental health. I had an online assessment for ADHD and Autism and I was also diagnosed with depression. She has been extremely helpful and supportive, and after a few months of treatment, I can already see a marked improvement and am enjoying life more.Posted on elettra guggeriTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a very good experience at Diverse Minds Clinic and Dr Cappai helped me in my journey to get a diagnosis of ADHD. I met Dr Cappai during an online assessment and I liked the flexibility of the appointment and her availability to explain some point of the report that we're not clear.
